Are you sure that can revolt against the System because it consists of people? People have their free will and convictions and love the System as it is - unfortunately. You don't storm a palace with a few royals. The System is built of people who consent and who are willing to protect it. This is the majority. How you can do something else than accept the will of the majority?

The next hurricane (or slight turbulence) will trigger the fragile water infrastructure to become compromised. If a hurricane does hit, people will be trapped.
