Breaking: IVERMECTIN is a Promising Future Cancer Treatment
Ivermectin has powerful antitumor effects, including the inhibition of proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenic activity, in a variety of cancer cells. This may be related to the regulation of multiple signaling pathways by ivermectin through PAK1 kinase. On the other hand, ivermectin promotes programmed cancer cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy and pyroptosis. Ivermectin induces apoptosis and autophagy is mutually regulated. Interestingly, ivermectin can also inhibit tumor stem cells and reverse multidrug resistance and exerts the optimal effect when used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs.

Ivermectin has a variety of different mechanisms of action in different cancers, and its potential for synergistic effects and enhanced efficacy in combination therapy was of particular interest to us. Not only does Ivermectin not overlap with other therapies in term of its mechanism of action, but the fact that of IVM has multiple targets suggests that it is not easy to produce IVM resistance. Therefore, continued study and testing of safe and effective combination drug therapies is essential to maximize the anticancer effects of Ivermectin.

The cross-talk between MAPK and PI3K/AKT signaling pathways contributes to cancer drug resistance, and the combination inhibition of PAKs and other proteins in the network may be a new strategy for cancer therapy to overcome drug resistance.

PAKs can also stimulate JNK and NF-κB interacting kinase (NIK) to activate NF-κB signaling pathway, leading to cancer development (Dammann et al., 2014; Li et al., 2017). Thus, PAK1 inhibition might be a potential option for NF-κB-dependent cancer therapy

It is reported that PAK1 inhibition leads to decreased mTOR activity and cytostatic autophagy, and regulation of PAK1 in other cascades (MAPK and NF-κB) can indirectly regulate autophagy

Would it then booty that C19 is a carcinogenic something, since ivermectin helps so wonderfully? Or would it mean that cancer comes from parasites? Or would it mean that C19 is a parasite?

Or would it mean that C19 comes from Fukushima and is a plutonium-altered virus that causes cancer?

Hmmm, I wonder if this could be one of the reasons the WHO, CDC, FDA etc won't even consider Ivermection for Covid treatment. It could drive a huge hole through the cancer industry if everyone was taking it.

My vet prescribed ivermectin as an alernative to the heart guard chewables a few years back. I took the script to the walmart pharmacy and filled it for less than $20 if I'm remembering correctly.

now there might be a big differnence between human and animal grades of the drug, and dosage etc.... but overall I don't recall it being expensive.

now if its found to effectively treat cancer you can be sure that pharma Co's won't allow a cheap drug to be prescribed, yes they'll make it super expensive in lieu of the current very expensive treatments of radiation/chemotherapy.

If Ivermectin is a promising future cancer treatment then they will make it extremely hard to buy it.

I can understand why Ivermectin would be a good cancer fighter because many cancers are caused from the excrement of the parasites.

The research I’m seeing is for the use of mebendazole instead because it works better in humans than ivermectin and fenbendazole.

I have given up on passing information that I have gathered over the years to friends and family members who have various illness.

They nod their heads and say yes,yes with the info you pass on to them.

And end up doing their own thing like going to the M.D's to seal their fate.

I have learned that when it comes to trying to stay healthy you can only do for oneself.
