Keep track of your doses however many times a day you are taking them and report back here. If you start getting serious symptoms (feeling like can't catch your breath, 104 fever or more, etc) get taken to the hospital, don't wait. Many people fend it off without medical intervention but if you need help, don't be a fool, get help.

except me, I'm exempted medically

the whole office is infected
approx. 40 people

April 12th I wake up with a face full of snot

I blow it out
and it goes dormant until the 20th

meanwhile everyone else in the office is developing symptoms within the 2 -4 days after the 11th

on the 20th I wake up in the morning with full symptoms

and they don't begin to subside or go away until after the 5th of May

We had it at Thanksgiving. Nothing worked except cold meds helped with some of the symptoms. The fatigue, only iron worked for that. All that other stuff people have been touting for a year, nothing works.

And a little in some warm water with salt and put it in a neti pot. That will kill it in the nasal passages.

If you can take aspirin, take 2 with some 1000 mg vitamin c and four hours later take 2 more with some more vitamin c. It lowers the viral load.
