The real and easiest proof is in the time it takes a Vendee Globe sail boat to circumnavigate Antarctica.

If the flat Earther map was true, the journey would take around 6 months I think.

But they do it in around 20 days. Typing the times by memory, but the point is, the sailboats have a well understood speed and making the much longer journey of a flat Earth map, in the times they post would be impossible.

The FE model assumes that people on the edge of the disc (southern hemisphere) are looking southward when they are looking outward from it's center.

It would follow that they would all be looking at different portions of the dome in the FE model, but that's not the case.
