Looking for ... the name of a movie ...

Where the people are all standing in a room, nude, on some sort of rolling belt. They are all waiting to receive a shot in the right arm.

Some die right away, within seconds of getting the JAB. other die shortly after the shot. Some remain alive.

Anyone??

Have no idea of when it was made, which county made the film or anything else about it.

This image keeps popping up in my head. Would love to watch it if I knew the name.
