"Standing" has always been a loosely interpreted concept usually used by courts to excuse themselves from potentially embarrassing outcomes.

It's an interpreted "doctrine" and should never be used in something as potentially devastating as fraud at the federal level.

The US citizens deserve to have their concerns adjudicated properly without activist judges, or cowardly judges, brushing off their grievances based on the doctrine of "standing".

In an election, at the very least, the opposing candidate has standing if they can offer proof of fraud or misconduct.

It's a legal cop-out, plain and simple.

Courts routinely hear cases on mundane issues where very little real collateral exists regardless of who wins or loses the case.

Things of this magnitude should never be outright dismissed using the legal cop-out of "standing".

You know what's funny? Your prediction of 2023 is correct..this will go to supreme court and the entire case will be ruled by that year- Trump will be restored to presidential office..the rioters will riot - but this time Trump will act and take all of them out with great force and anyone also that do not fall in line with making America great again

Whether Trump won, or Biden, the issue is one of freedom of expression, words and thought which is now being impinged upon. Is is what Civil Wars, World Wars, should have historically already shown us.

If anything, everyone has an interest in finding exactly what went down last November.

Try as I might, given such a poor turnout at Biden campaigns and the way the numbers unfolded on election night I find it difficult to see how Biden could have gotten that many votes.

Just let them count it up without the interference.

After a certain point, it needs to stop though, and results have to be accepted. Most of you are probably too young to remember, but Lyndon Johnson stole the election too. Blatant & obvious fraud. And everyone knew.

What if both Georgia senate races were in reality huge republican wins? Then the democrats not only stole the presidency but but the senate as well. And if this crime is national enough they may have even stole the House of Representatives.

The entire nation needs to be audited for all races

A judge didn’t even say that quote in the title. It was an expert witness, and all he said was it “appears” ballots were counted twice.

I actually AM old enough to remember that election and Johnson actually DIDN'T steal it. He was riding in on being the incumbent after the murder of a beloved young President, and Goldwater was considered too extreme then...even though he was right.

However, Kennedy DID steal the election through stealing Illinois with the Mafia's help and I'm sure other elections, including Bush v Gore (Gore actually won) were stolen. Not saying anything about the merits of the candidates, just the outcomes.

We better finally start learning NOW how to PREVENT this in the future. And to clean up the 2020 election NOW.
