You’re dodging my question. Most people won’t believe the results of this audit for the same reason you wouldn’t believe the results of an audit conducted by AOC - because of its ridiculously partisan nature. Even the Republican Maricopa county elections board is fed up with this. When it’s only you guys who believe this stuff, and when there’s no integrity to the audit process, the results won’t matter regardless of what they are.

And I believe the counters are perfectly capable of counting. What I don’t trust are the people reporting the results of those vote counts, including the very CEO whose goal is to prove his earlier tweets about massive voter fraud correct.

SCOTUS won't reverse the election results. And Biden won't just step down. If fraud is found, I don't see the Red States doing anything the federal government tells them to after that. Even the Senate would be looked at as illegitimate because of the Georgia elections.

Point is, if the senate is illegitimate, and the president is also, why follow any federal edicts? Even if the Supreme Court told you that you had too, the citizens of those states would revolt against it.

It's no wonder why the Democrats just voted to beef up more security around the capitol.

It's an interpreted "doctrine" and should never be used in something as potentially devastating as fraud at the federal level.

The US citizens deserve to have their concerns adjudicated properly without activist judges, or cowardly judges, brushing off their grievances based on the doctrine of "standing".

In an election, at the very least, the opposing candidate has standing if they can offer proof of fraud or misconduct.

Courts routinely hear cases on mundane issues where very little real collateral exists regardless of who wins or loses the case.

Things of this magnitude should never be outright dismissed using the legal cop-out of "standing".
