Easiest way would be to start a database of people who had an MRI up to a few days after the shot and have them donate/upload their scans (you can ask for them on a cd, which can be opened on any computer. You can also usually ask to have the personal data removed as well.

Then you would need someone to analyze them, most likely a radiologist, with MR reading experience.

Since they have already identified the issues with breast exams, I’m sure there is literature out there already about any abnormalities on patients that have recieved the covid shot. As far as I know, that’s the only problem I have heard of, and is limited to breast exams.
