You can’t get an MRI just by asking. You’d have to lie about having certain neurological symptoms like those of MS, which is immoral.
Maybe it’s different in America, but in Canada, MRI’s are always heavily booked ahead, and lying to get one prevents people who really need to from getting it. Not good.

Also, you can adjust your vaccine appointment in accordance with your MRI scan. So if your MRI scan is in 6 months, than your adjust your vaccination accordingly.
