My daughter lives out there, her boyfriend is a commercial fisherman. She dropped him off at the docks in Sandwich this morning at 7. His fishing boat left the dock at 10:30. She says it takes at least an hour to get through the canal, so if there was a huge explosion, he probably woulda heard it. He didn't hear an explosion.

I’m just wondering, how would the military benefit from keeping this lid tight?

Keep us in the dark of the magnitude? Minimize rioting?
Prevent us from knowing we’ve been attacked in the first place?
Keep the enemy uninformed (the less they know, the better)?
Coverup an internal attack or incompetency (some dumbass making a stupid mistake)?

The story doesn’t appear to be getting suppressed, but then again, it’s still cold.

The site has a transformer station and two large fuel tanks. There is a scheduled military exercise.

Keep the enemy from knowing how much damage they have done, or not done. It's called fog of War. It's called operational security.

Also, I’m not alarmed with Adak. They see earthquakes frequently, just a week ago even. They are located on a fault. Maybe I’m wrong, but at the moment, feels like a reach.

Don't forget to check radiation levels. Might be worth it anyway, no matter where people live.

I doubt they have a power failure.
Looks like they have 2 substations independently fed located 50 yards apart, straddling Maston rd. , plus 5 backup generators.

I think they got this covered. :)

Probably shows up on a local seismograph when it went boom.

Not super familiar with navigating radioactivity maps or what to look for, but the nearest monitoring locations (largely Boston) saw a spike over the last 4-6 hours, well above their 30-day average. See below, and link.

This is weird. There's a person on GLP, I can't recall their name. They had posted that something would go down in the US around the 23rd. Something to do with planes/skies. I saw it on a thread by Jazzy for the Middle East. I don't think it was a "prediction" so to speak either. It seemed more matter of fact. Just FYI. I'm not going to spend an hour hunting for it.

s it is pretty far away. I don't see the disturbance at the time indicated.

I think they use Zulu time. 11 am local time would be 15:00 Zulu

Hmmm

Enemy satellite space lasers poking burning holes through critical explosive components.

No one took out any early warning radar systems or tried to. It would be pointless. There are too many satellites that can instantly detect any launch and pinpoint the launch site not to mention aircraft in the air 24/7 that can do the same thing.
