Don't know if she is a Vegan. It was an epic moment on TV when she apologized for Nutritionists everywhere about their push for low fat foods. She admitted they were wrong all along. We need fat in our diet, we can't uptake vitamins A and K without fat. Fat has many uses. She said carbohydrates are the real problem.

It's always something.

Personally, I think wheat is the biggest problem for a lot of people.

I struggled with my weight most of my life.

I cut out bananas, bread, rice and potatoes and I can eat what I want.

Well, in fairness, I eat meat but have made meals for vegans. I guess vegans can make meals for meat-eaters. Still, as a so-called expert and trendsetter, it certainly has the appearance of being hypocritical. Wouldn't it be something if she sits down to a nice meat dinner a few nights a week? Now everybody is going to be watching what she eats at restaurants and what she puts in her grocery cart.

I made it 3 minutes in - too crazy for me. It's scary to think sick-in-the-head people like this are actually influencing others. I have no problem with vegans; I do have a problem with vegans who villainize meat-eaters.
