Canada Post violated the linguistic rights of a francophone complainant with an English-only web address, the Commissioner of Official Languages has ruled.

In a preliminary report given to a citizen of New Brunswick, Chantal Carey, who filed a complaint last December, the commissioner ruled that her rights had been violated.
