Our food supply is being shipped to other countries. We are not being informed about how well emerging economies are doing thanks to the fall in value of the US dollar. North Korea is just one example. Fresh produce and meat products, sugar, feeding their once starving citizens. We are going to realize too late that we are heading towards a manufactured famine and cut off of the necessities of life. Choke hold.

I was at Trader Joe's today and the checker was commenting on the number of my purchases and asking if I was stocking or buying for consumption. I buy the same thing every 2-3 weeks at TJs for a large family - no questions until today. I thought it was an odd question, but also odd because she keeps asking and clarifying and wouldn't let it die.

I try to mask that by buying 2-4 cans of salmon...2-4 cans of spam...2-4 cans of chili...etc etc...then 3 days later I do it all over again.

if you start mentioning it now to the cashiers and remember their names, then in the future just put so many items out of your cart then pay,,then ring in the rest. If you do this now they will come to know you and it may work for a while.
