I actually went keto carnivore from December 2019 til about halfway through January 2020. I quit consuming dairy during that time too. I’ve always been pretty skinny though and I started losing too much weight so I had to stop. I wasn’t trying to lose weight though. I started that diet to try to heal my gut because I believe I have a slight malabsorption problem.

I think it did help me a little bit. I felt great but it’s hard to eat enough calories eating just meat without dairy. I stopped farting completely during that diet which I didn’t think was even possible.

I think we do still need some fruits and veggies in our diet but grains are definitely poison.

The first day I had liver since I was a kid I ate 3 slices and got the best night sleep of my life. I woke up and looked in the mirror and my skin looked so healthy. Whatever I was deficient in I think it helped. Probably vitamin A? I know each slice of liver has over 400% real vitamin A. Not that fake beta carotene shit.

Anyway just wanted to share. When I can afford better food again I plan to try a better carnivore/paleo/no dairy and grains diet.

I need to gain weight. I don’t think I can absorb fats. I don’t know how to fix it.
