Quoting: Justme C'est Moi Half the time they would lay the eggs right on the front porch which was convenient. Larger and richer than store bought chicken eggs, with a pretty hard shell. Probably healthier. Never had a turkey egg. Ya, duck eggs are alkaline and chicken eggs are acidic. Duck eggs are double or triple the protein and cholesterol. But they are tasty. Learn something new each day,,,, And love your country!!! FJB |
