It was always strutting around their yard when I walked my dog. |

Eggs are fragile and delicate. Plus you over cooked them. Also, cracking the egg on the side of the pan, then shoving your thumb into the shell pushes all the bacteria and nasties into the egg. Probably a good thing you burned em. Pan is too deep. Wrong spatula. I'll think some more. :) |

Duck eggs are good too but rich, best for use in baking, excellent for cakes and such. I would love a pet turkey. They're as intelligent as dogs, or so I hear. 5 stars It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. -Psalm 118:8 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper. -Isaiah 54:17 If I disappear from this forum, aliens didn't take me- Jesus did! User ID: 80193276 United States 05/14/2021 07:29 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I used to eat my duck eggs when I had about 10 ducks on a 3 acre pond in the front of a house I used to lease. Half the time they would lay the eggs right on the front porch which was convenient. Larger and richer than store bought chicken eggs, with a pretty hard shell. Probably healthier. Never had a turkey egg. Justme |
