Then thousands of leaflets are dropped all around the building and surrounding buildings telling people of an impending attack and to vacate. Also loudspeakers are often used to warn people and residents go door to door to make sure the building is vacant. Israel is the most progressive military in the world when it comes to warning civilians and preventing loss of life when it plans to attack terrorist infrastructure. In fact more palestinians are killed by misfires of Hamas missiles than by Israeli attacks.

Because it isn't happening to them- yet- so they feel free to vicariously quench their personal demonic bloodlust?
