So when are criminal charges going to be filed? WHY was the County still even in possession of that databsse?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80256175 Federal law states that all files generated in "national elections" - Presidential / Senate...are to be kept for 21 ,pmonths. Deleting them before that time has expired is a federal crine.
