governors dont have the legal power to deal with foreign countries like this. She doesnt have the legal authority to do what she is doing, but like with everything else, NONE OF that matters anymore, they all just do whatever they want, and everyone just takes it without doing anything about it

the cops should be arresting her, but they wont, and should anyone try to place her under citizens arrest, the cops would arrest them.
