15 billion miles from earth, 14 billion miles from spacecraft.
To convert miles to kilometres, multiply by 1.6.

Updated my original post earlier to include the
video (below) from Ben Davidson who believes he has
a "handle" on what all this Voyager 1 business is about.

His definition of the "Milky Way's Electric Current Sheet"
is very interesting and would certain explain these
Voyager "hums" detection.

Listen to his report at the end of the video--he
mentions VOYAGER 1 specific.

Davidson believes the "electric current sheet" will
trigger our next solar micro-nova. (I'm not sure where
Doug Vogt stands on this as the trigger...from what I
have understood from Vogt's video series and book on the Solar
Micro-Nova Clock Cycle, Vogt believes THE SUN--as well as
other stars linked in series to ours--MICRO-NOVA due to
a "synchronous reset" but doesn't explain what that is.

Here is Ben Davidson's "take" on this phenomenon of
the "Electric Galactic Current Sheet"--what it looks like
*(great animation at the 2 min mark)--and how it may
trigger our star in this 7 minute recent video:

of the Milky Way's "Galactic Current Sheet" as well
as the REMNANT OF THE LAST SOLAR MICRO-NOVA "The
Radcliff Wave" which sits behind our solar system
(having happened 12,000 years ago--on a CYCLE soon to
be repeated.)

Anyone with more info about Vogt's "take" please add your
input.
