I am, big time.

This asshole Bahena-Rivera is finally going to get the justice he deserves. Oh, he's an illegal immigrant and he's probably going to be found guilty---- because he led the police to the cornfield where Mollie's body was hastily buried? ...but he's pleading not guilty?

Boo-hoo.

The Chauvin trial was a toss-up, both ways. But this? This should be a slam dunk. Watch me lose my shit if a woke jury drops the ball this time...

Trial finally starts a week from Monday (Monday, May 17, 8:30 AM local Iowa time.)

By the way, I've been keeping up on the case since the beginning, and finally back last fall I started this new mega-thread on the Mollie Tibbetts Trial:

Thread: Mollie Tibbetts Murder Trial: Jury finds Illegal Mexican GUILTY of First Degree Murder

Not that most of you care.

But maybe you will a couple weeks from now.

Any meaningful points to make/legal arguments/speculation feel free to share on that thread, too. Thanks.
