That would be cool. Detonate it at high altitude for an EMP and say it was an accident. Although no one would know where it came from with no electricity, radio, teevee, internet or newspaper.

You must wonder if the various other nations of earth think this every time the West sends up some rocket, which is like, thousands of rockets, dunno how many dozens per year, but it must add up! And imagine what they think is in the satellites!
