To help clarify—- too much omega 6 PUFA from seed oils and from animal fats which were fed seeds/ grains is the culprit. Omega 3s help reduce inflammation caused by the Omega 6. The Omega 3s must still be cold processed and kept from air and light. Omega 6 are bad even if consumed in non-oxidized state.
