I see this every day on I-10 through SoCal, frikking Peterbilt sleeper pulling 53 feet of whatever literally jumping my ass in a fast lane; at speed; three feet off my bumper and closing. It is scary as hell just to cover a ten mile commute these days. Quoting: tmcgyver If you are old enough to remember when there was common sense, the left lane essentially used to be a passing lane and then the driver would move to the right after passing. In Georgia, the left lane perchtards were getting so bad that a "move over" law was passed to make the left lane perchtards move to the right when there is a faster vehicle behind them. It doesn't matter what speeds are involved, i.e. someone going the speed limit or above/below. If someone is behind you and going faster than you are, you MOVE TO THE RIGHT TO LET THEM PASS YOU! I miss the old days when retardation and mass immigration were not so prevalent. I like to drive slower for people who are obviously trying to make me move over on the roads, Georgia_dawg. It is my way to troll them in real life. If they get angry with me I flip them off. I have seriously pissed off alot of drivers doing this over the years. Am I wrong in doing what I do? Obviously not. It is not my fault that such people are in such a hurry, especially those with a driving job. Heck, two or three months ago one afternoon I am fairly certain I caused one such individual to beat the living crap out of whoever was unlucky enough to be in the passenger seat of his SUV. I personally witnessed him beat the crap out of whoever it was in a blind rage before beating the crap out of their steering wheel. Unfortunately this happened just off the L3/Major's Airport road/intersection. So I passed at about 50 mph. Is it my fault this happened? Obviously not. Conspiracy Theorist is nothing more than a derogatory title used to dismiss a critical thinker. But certain infrastructure attacks escalate the WAR, so TPTB hold those cards until last. Which is an indication that more shit is about to hit the fan!!! Keep vehicles full and extra gas cans you can store safely. FAKE: Currently formulations of gas won't store past a couple months, stocking up is nearly impossible, even with stabilizer. Diesel you can store, propane you can store, natural gas you can store. Gas won't last a winter in a lawn mower, you can't store it very long nor can you store enough of it to make a difference if a true shortage comes. Gas I’ve stored from last year is still good . Been using it the past couple months no issues. "Be like water my friend”- Bruce Lee |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79376355 Ireland 05/08/2021 11:40 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This whole notion of a "cyber" attack bring down the country is just hard to believe. Does gasoline travel through wires? Does gasoline come from hard drives? No. Unless people have become so stupid that they forgot how to manipulate the physical world, cyber attack isn't going to stop anything but tik tok nurses. Selfie takers might have some serious withdrawl, but it will do us good to get back to the analog (real) world again. How did we ever make it this far as a civilization without all the cybers? Think about it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77031197 Okay thought about it the delivery system is powered by electricity, the means of procuring fuel is connected to the internet. If a cyber attack were significant enough like say to the refineries payroll office... maybe some people don't get paid... Work slows down cause people quit fuel doesn't get made... I mean there are all sorts of cyber attacks that could shoot gas prices through the roof. Hell the movie 'Hackers' showed how it could be done in the days of dial-up. The only reason security seems to get better is because hackers get better. With all the fly by wire shit and computer controlled mechanisms it's only a matter of time until an entire city is shut down by a cyber attack. Take Cali for example what would happen if the automated waste water treatment plants were hacked? Say they close all the valves ramp up the motors and cause catastrophic failure to the entire process... there'd be more shit in the streets than there already is. Oh I hope you live in the sticks completely off the grid (with the exception of your means to communicate here of course). |
