I think the test kits, and as used for Covid now, are to test for all Coronavirus, which were about pre 2019. They ordered and used them (maybe for Sars1 Coronavirus), the classification by the World Bank changed, and although they are now signed as 'for covid19', this was backdated.
If you know how webpages work, instead of being one actual page you look at the often pull in bits of information, which can be on a 2017 page but parts have been updated.

the truth is.. the INTENTION was to eliminate all corona virus using the mRNA developed. the spike proteins are indentical in all corona so when you put out a mRNA intended on those.. the mRNA will educate your KILLER T CELLS to destroy all corona should it show up.
