Study meditation and how best to incorporate it into your life. Maybe start with some guided meditations, some good ones are on youtube. And do not fall into the trap of trying to meet aliens and your spirit guides, etc... Worry about only you, not other beings. You don't even have to pay anyone to help you. You can learn all of this for free, from your own home today! How great is that, all you have to do is try. And if you fail, so what? We all do in something.
