The nurses are so overstreched and it is so unsafe already. So if any die or get fired it is a crisis. The public are not aware of how low the actual number of nurses on duty for a 40 bed unit really are because they confuse the minimum wage untrained staff as "some kind of nurse". You are actually probably sharing one lone nurse, who has no help with 8 or 10 critical patients. Any more than 4 per nurse is dangerous and increases the mortality rates. What I have learned over the last year is that my nurse and doctor colleagues are retarded sheep who can be dictated too, cannot critically think above a certain level, and are more interested in being popular sheep. From what I hard within the last 10 days but the other two who are said to have died had it in December. I will get more info when I go to work. The vaccine can kill immediately or not cause issues for months to years so you cannot even say that it was. But I have worked there for years and never had a cluster of staff deaths like what I am being told his happening.
