School Shooting in Rigby, ID. 3 shot, suspect in custody, none dead.

Just got a call about this from my brother, my nephew goes to that school. Thankfully he broke his femur a couple weeks ago and wasn’t attending. A blessing in disguise.

RIGBY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —UPDATE: There was an active shooter at Rigby Middle School Thursday morning confirmed by officials.

Two students and one adult suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Rachel Fabbi at our sister station in Idaho Falls was able to speak with officials and said “Today we had the worst nightmare a school district could encounter. We had a school shooting here at Rigby Middle School,” Jefferson School District Superintendent Chad Martin said. “What we know so far is the shooter has been apprehended. There is no further threat to the students.”
