Worst concert ever was Pearl Jam in 1995, IIRC. It was the year they said FY to Ticketmaster. They had to make up part of the tour dates and Phoenix was the last show of the tour.
The acoustics sucked, but his playing sucked, too. I couldn't understand one lyric - and I know all the songs. After 45 minutes, he threw his guitar on the stage and stormed off. No encore. Nothing else. Fucking spoiled asshole.
