They cannot or the interest payments on the debt become unsustainable and crash the system. And if anyone reading this is a mortgage broker, your industry will die or need to re-invent itself. You need to start differentiating yourself on attributes other than cost because mortgage rates will never go up and will "stablize" for all intents and purposes. |
