About those saline injection instead of covid vaccine mishapsss

The ONLY way to mix up saline vs covid-19 injections AND catch the error is if saline vials are mixed in with covid-19 vials is if the vials are labeled "saline".

The technician filling the vials is on a roll, filling and filling, tossing the vials and someone catches the label after the fact.
One claimed they mistakenly used the saline they dilute the vaccine instead of the vaccine, another claimed the tech broke a vial and covered her mistake by substituting with saline (yeah, right.).

So they CAN dilute Pfizer shots, but only a complete moron could fill they syringes with saline and NO covid vaccine.

And there's this one, not saline, the VERY EXPENSIVE 'treatment' instead of the vaccine...
