One juror cant convict him, and this juror admitted before the trial he had a favorable opinion of BLM. 3 of them admitted they did. If you had automatically excluded anyone that did it would have been racially profiling the fucking jury basically The man demonstrated with a T-shirt that READ "Get Your Knee off our Necks".....a DIRECT reference to the charge of the person he would later sit in judgement of! IF you are so stupid as to not recognize the blatant unfairness in that there is no hope for you.... To me the bottom line is this, the evidence clearly showed Chauvin sadistically and with depraved indifference to human life murdered George Floyd. So even if that one jurors mind was already made up, it made no difference. 11 other jurors had to think he was guilty. And no matter how many juries you present the same evidence to, they will reach the same conclusions. He doesn't deserve a new trial. What he deserves is the death penalty. I believe police who murder citizens should be executed, using the same methods used on a person who murders a police officer. No exceptions. It should be a specific crime, a murder that takes place under the color of law, under the pretense of enforcing the law. We cannot allow people like that to think they can continue to get away with it. Execute a few dozen of them and they will stop Typical...you want to enforce the law the way YOU see it and see the crime in a cop killing someone and at the same time dismiss the very law that is supposed to protect anyone who is accused of a crime. The black jurors had probably already decided before the trial started that he was guilty, and it took 9 hours of deliberations to convince the cowardly White jurors to convict. For the record, I am neither left nor right (only ever voted left wing parties until I realized them for the deceptive filth they were) . I only support the DP for mass murderers and serial killers in the main. Certainly not for gang members who kill gang members, for example. When asked what sentence Chauvin should get, 30% of all respondents and what must be close to 50% of Democrats said he should get the maximum sentence of 40 years.
