They think lockdowns, masks and loss of liberty is not injury or serious injury.

Again, governments do not get to pass anything they want. All their doings have to comply with constitutions and charters of freedoms AND our common sense. Many a time a government's bills, ordinances have been overturned in court. BUT THE JUDGE DOESN'T DO IT, WE DO IT. OUR COMMON SENSE IS THE ACTUAL RULE. AND I DON'T OBEY JUDGES EITHER.
