A New York man has been avoiding eviction from his Long Island home for more than two decades after making only one mortgage payment and repeatedly battling banks and realtors in court, according to court documents.

The bank forecloses on your mortgage if you don't pay for a house you "own."

All the shitty tenants I had, I’m surprised I didn’t rent to him.

I never had one tenant even attempt to get their security deposit back.

Thankfully....I got out.
