The Locked-Down states will need to be (Federally) bailed-out when still more business owners and retirees (and workers) move away from the dying states like NY, IL, CA, WA, OR, MN, MI, etc.

Business would normally boom in those non-lockdowned states, but we all know that the intels will target the free states with everything they have.

So the country will be one of Virus Warfare, with key political leaders being a major focus for you-know-who.

We are already at an ongoing civil war in this country, but it is mostly covert (for now) and is not immediately apparent to most observers.
