Go back and check up on the US Navy's various Patent Applications for some strange stuff when it comes to machines that can fly with their interior NOT subject to the stresses of sudden moves or changes in direction caused by it's movement. (various threads on those patents have been posted here on GLP). AND those are just the PUBLIC Patent Filings, there is a provision in US Patent Law where they can file in a NON-Public manner too for super secret stuff.

a few years ago a neighbor, who was a JPL engineer and I were in the hot tub at the condo. He had about six beers and was looking ready to just blab on about anything.

At the time, in the news, there was an oil leak in the gulf of Mexico. It was a growing environmental issue and the solution was to cap it. A lot of discussion about the pressures and depth kept it from being done in a timely manner from my point of view.

This came up while chatting in the spa. At the time I think I contributed to the conversation of how this seemed like such a big deal when there are most likely underwater bases.

This guy, and I shit you not, went off for a few minutes about some pressure chamber he uses to test things. This chamber was 4 stories tall or something like that to accomodate craft I suppose. He said he runs tests in this thing. Which in my mind sounds adequate for space stuff...Then he says, ya know we have bases at 10000ft and deeper.

I thought this to be an odd admission in the hot tub. I took the beers into account.

But another thing dawned on me the other day that back when it occurred I would've been hard-pressed to find a forum to log it in.

While sitting in this same spa, around the same time. I sat back one night and saw some craft fly super low. Low as in, 1000 feet, obviously descenting from space? headed to Burbank Ca. ~ I was in the foothills not far from there.

This 'craft' I saw looked like it had a person in it as well. And it just came down at an angle that I figured it either was something cleared for landing in Burbank, or something along the lines of some news story with video I saw years later of a craft that would take off and land from a particular area in Colorado...like daily.

This made me start to think about the possibility of there being extra-terrestrial integration of some sort.

The craft I saw moved swifter and with a glow I have not seen other craft demonstrate. The person inside...yeah that kinda tripped me out as they were either very large or very close to even make such out.

Since then I have had moments thinking that someone may be of this hybrid race or society that we have not yet found evidence enough to bring into light to the public.

Anyway, I thought I would just mention that I don't think bases at 10000 feet were engineered by man, despite us maybe using it or having access to such. I told the neighbor that he probably shouldn't be mentioning such things outside of his work.
