It's an active shooter but the news is saying "active situation"
According to the brown County police scanner, it doesn't sound good.

GREEN BAY, Wis. - According to Green Bay Police there is an active situation happening now at the Oneida Casino in Green Bay.

Shooting occurred around 7:30pm
I started listening to the scanner around 7:45pm while everything was going down and police were just arriving.

Looked it up online at 10:51pm
Found one news story report on it from 5hrs ago
(so shooting happened around 5:50 pm?)

Found another news report from 6hrs ago
(so shooting happened around 4:50pm?)

Also those two stations are Chicago based.
