B-vitamins are good, so is ayurvedic tea like the Yogi Tea's lavender/honey blend. That's used for alcohol, nicotine, and other kinds of w/d. I still take one daily 4 years after I quit, it gives you just a slight amino buzz for about 8 hours that's calming. Then CBD oil or CBD isolate helped boost my endocannabinoid system, I'd bet around 80% of people have a deficiency and don't realize it because hemp was in the human diet for 1000's of years and the Rockefellers took it out to cause problems that their synthetic drugs would fill. I don't personally use THC often, but if I do it's delta-8 since that doesn't affect the mind much, mostly just the body. What is Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency? But take baths or showers. Not a hard dry fast, wash hands, brush teeth, bathe...just don't eat or drink anything. I promise...you won't think of smoking. You won't even think of eating. You'll only think of drinking water. You can bathe in saltwater to help keep your electrolytes up. After 3 days, drink 2 litres coconut water over the course of an hour. Continue to drink coconut water, pickle juice, and/ or chicken broth for another day. On the 5th day, eat steamed vegetables and fruits. One the 6th day, eat steamed veg and fruits and eggs. On the 6th day, normal eating of healthy, whole foods. Meat, veg, fruit. Good luck. ps I am not a doctor and do not pretend to be. But what I say works. Good luck, friend. |
