Quoting: BuckyBalls They're basically telling you to go out and commit felonies. It means nothing in the end. I dunno. On the one hand, the US has some really severe penalties for many crimes as compared to other westernized countries. It's pretty rare in other countries for convicts to get a sentence greater than 10 years. The vast majority are only a couple years. On the other hand, I don't think it's a good idea to dump 10s of thousands of convicts on the street at once. Our whole criminal justice system needs reform. The vast majority of those imprisoned probably shouldn't be imprisoned at all. The people who need to be locked up are the prisoners and rapists and serial felons. I don't know what good it does to luck someone up for a victimless DUI or a joint. |

YOU’LL end up in prison for hurting even a strand of hair on these “precious angels” as Pelosi calls them. Your the bad guy for shooting a felon attempting to murder or rape you. Just like your the bad guy for not letting yourself get beaten to death Sic Semper Tyrannis. The F in Communism stands for Food. "FREEDOM IS SLAVERY. IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH. WAR IS PEACE. Then, too, 90 thousand criminals were cleared out, they burned police stations, along with new criminal cases. |

Someone I know would say this is just a certain powerful group sowing chaos by releasing prisoners. However, they are not advertising their actions, they are getting other people to do it under false pretenses. That means they were successful in convincing people (Democrat lawmakers) that releasing lots of violent offenders to create safer prisons was a good idea based on their own world view, not the view of the people wanting chaos. "Yes we are doing this because we are THAT SMART and it's a good idea". I can't tell which insiders would be knowingly aiding the plan and which are merely convinced it's a good idea because they are that smart. Generally the higher up you go the better chance of having the double agent, but when dealing with the level of stupidity of liberals you can't take anything for granted. That's all assuming what the person I know says is true, otherwise they're not only stupid, but they're creatively stupid. Creatively stupid with power. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79930863 Cant make it up. Not safer cities. Not safer streets. Not safer neighborhoods. SAFER PRISONS is the goal. So we must empty the prisons to do so. Leftists have lost their fucking minds. STOP saying uninformed shit like this. "Leftists" (aka fuckin' COMMIES) are well aware of the repercussions of their actions, and work towards a GOAL, at all times. They have NOT "lost their fucking minds." They are laser-focused, which is why they are currently winning. |

U see that one kid recently , prison fir him he hit a family while racing and killed a couple.. So, what purpose does it serve to throw a young guy in prison never had a record before .. throw him in there with the violent felons where there is no control what so ever ... throw him in the to be raped repeatedly by primarily large cocked black men that have been in fir decades .... Quite a pathetic society we are is all i can say . |

Quoting: FlockOfSmeagols These inhuman criminals are exactly the type of "police" dems want. The following is wild conjecture on my part. Prisons are businesses, hell at least one corp that owns prisons can be traded on the market; that was a few years ago when they had their IPO, and I believe LeBron James invested. Not sure it's stock is still on the market. BUT prison is still business regardless, and the more asses in the seats the more profits they make. So maybe they get rid of the big time trouble makers to be replaced by non-violent criminals and save money by cutting how many COs they have staffed. They'll put easier to handle butts in the seats to replace the hard asses. Very interesting. Very |
