If our summertime will be drought-like I suppose the prices would naturally go up. But if the weather is good through the spring to late summer, then the markets should not fluctuate too much. BUT if the farmers are tired of getting screwed through higher fuel prices and lower sale prices and then don't plant enough acreage, I can see the prices of wholesale grains rocketing upwards.
