The masks piss me off, it has completely destroyed my sinus. I had a perfectly normal functioning sinus, and many years ago I had extensive surgery to open up my sinus and help me breathe while sleeping, especially. It worked well, and I haven't had any problems for years. The masks come along, and suddenly I start having weird infections in my nose. Even though I don't really have any actually sinus infection, it is more like infection got the tissues of my nose toward the opening of my nose. At night, my nose will close up all the time, and I end up mouth breathing. Not an allergy. Years of relief, now this!

Invest in a (desktop) nebulizer for hydrogen peroxide (or colloidal silver) treatments at home. It will quickly fix your sinus issues, kill any pathogens and help rebalance the microbiome. You won't regret it.

This is no joke. I nebulize 3% hydrogen peroxide and it is miraculous. I literally get about 100 treatments per $1 bottle. Do the math.

I'm a smoker and a heavy smoker at that (especially since the lockdown). I've been nebulizing daily for the last year and my breathing passages have never felt better. I feel so good I'm ready to give up the smokes permanently.

IMO, a nebulizer is the best $100 you will ever spend, if you use it.
