This article shows that this is a guise for climate control to seize all farming land. Farmers must see a 25% profit margin in order to stay profitable underneath new plans for farmers in each state. Unless this happens, according to this new bill being introduced the federal government can cease the farmland in each state. Eventually, this could lead to the seizing of all homes and lands.
