User ID: 80159437 United States 06/14/2021 11:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Here's the latest Coinbase Pro Order Book: Quoting: nemo_solus https://imgur.com/a/6ZNvwx8 Since the last chart was posted: The volume around $32k has mostly faded away with a new level around $37k starting to form. Volume at the $30k, $25k and $20k levels are also slightly diminished, but still substantial. It's not readily apparent on the chart, but there has been a very small increase in the volume at $43.8k and $47.9k. What does this mean? Please use small words and simple concepts, because I'm obviously an idiot. Thanks! Basically, what this chart shows is where folks in the market are actually placing their orders at over time. The center white squiggly trace shows the actual settled price. The colored bars shading progresses from black (less) to yellow to orange to red (most) show the relative quantity of orders at each price. The vertical histogram on the right edge shows the order distribution at the present moment in time (red is sell side, green is buy side). By studying the market order book, you can gauge where people are anticipating the market to move, but it also helps give some insight into what the big market makers (aka Whales) might be intending. It's another way to look at the state of the market in addition to the more widely used market price vs. time methods seen in others charts. Hope that explanation is helpful! Helpful. Thank you! Anonymous Coward User ID: 80236528 United States 06/14/2021 11:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | no way it goes 5500. btc has never fallen below a previous cycle ATH. i think thats just way to low personally. But i have a ton of liquid ready i hope you're right. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 66540088 I agree it's a low target. Remember, I'm basically saying that the great depression is more or less going to begin in the next month if the stock market follows through with the nightmare situation the S&P500 is showing. Bitcoin has never experienced a stock market great depression. This is new territory for bitcoin. If july doesn't have this nightmare drop I'm expecting (for bitcoin and/or the S&P500), i'm not going to publicize any more of my thoughts about the financial world. |

Hey nemo, i'm feeling like 5500-7500$ is a very interesting support location for this suspected july 4th drop. What are your thoughts on that area in the order books? You're a lot better in that area of expertise than i am. Honestly i'm leaning towards 5500 at the moment. Hi Mr. Cheese - thanks for the question! Overall, I'd say am not actually sure what way any of the markets are going to trend, but you make a good case to be very cautious. Thank you very much for the insights! Not seeing any particular volume having formed at the $5500 to $7500 level yet. Have seen a volume similar in size to the $20k region formed starting on June 9 down at the $3500 region (300 BTC vs 390 BTC, respectively) though. Also around $1800 there's now 290 BTC in orders resting since June 12th. This could all change quickly, but that's what I'm seeing at the moment. I'm mostly out, just occasionally doing a very quick (1-2 hr duration) trade when the opportunity occurs. https://imgur.com/a/HdCBVst |

Two: Accelerated timeline. -I think that bitcoin hits 42k on June 17th. I think that's the top. -20k bitcoin by the 21st. 6 days from now. -I think the huge dump down happens around the 25th/26th. Not really sure how low. Just ideas. All I know is low. Really low. 10-11 days from crypto Armageddon. |

The stock market is picture perfect worst possible picture I could make right now. Quoting: Mr. Cheeze I literally could not make the stock market look worse if I tried. Crypto always crashes with the stock market in major stock market crashes. You've been warned. Hi Ya! So when the stock market and crypto crash, will it bounce like in March 2020. Or are we talking about a long winter until everyone forgets about how much they lost? Mr Z |

No way of knowing if it'll bounce as powerfully as March 2020. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 80424802 Spain 06/15/2021 10:34 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I’m converting a lot of my holdings to USDC and idling for a while with some nice profits over the year. Shit getting too risky for now. Gonna wait to see how this small bull run shakes out in the next few days before I convert the rest with it and idle for the time being. I’d rather miss out on some small gains for the remainder of this bull run than lose it all. I can always convert back to whatever coin I want later in a dip if the crash doesn’t come. I’m seeing the same signs myself everywhere and smart money is already migrating out which tells me all I need to know. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73793344 Bitcoin is always the safest. Also the lowest returns. I'm going with bitcoin if I do decide to buy anything. Probably matic has the highest potential Yeah, I just don’t trust Bitcoin…. I hear ya, but have to disagree, I look at it as highly risky. I am weary now thanks to all your other info though and will prepare accordingly, i could see everything ranking too, short term anyway, hopefully not long term, hope we at least see an alt coin surge before the next deadly dip…. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 78587536 Iceland 06/15/2021 01:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It also... Might just keep crashing. No way to know yet. I really can't stress enough how scary the stock market s&p500 is. This is something that could be a 2-3 year long crash. Crash after crash after crash after crash. I'm expecting a multi year crash. I'm expecting the biggest and longest crash since 1973. |

So if I'm right basing it off the s&p, this crash lasts 6-8 months and it'll be good to buy crypto around December-February. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80156406 They want their stimulus back. I think that’s the hammer hitting the nail. My mediocre mind came to this conclusion last night. People ain’t going back to work. CEO,s are starting to demand a return to the office. The government has to fix this mess they have created, they need to help big business now or it will all fall apart. The way they help big business is to dry up all this excess cash out there to drive people back to a paycheck. Look out below... Thanks Mr cheese, please don’t stop posting your info even if this crash doesn’t happen. There are more forc s at work here than normal market activity. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79786622 Iceland 06/15/2021 03:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is why I think the S&P is mirroring the 1970s right now. [imgur] [link to imgur.com (secure)] [imgur] [link to imgur.com (secure)] It's likely that after this S&P crash to 2000$ that the S&P will go on a 5-10 year long bullrun. If the S&P does that... I don't see why bitcoin couldn't do the same thing. Btw, there was massive inflation in the 1970s-80s which caused that S&P bullrun. The government is currently massively causing inflation. This basically means that crypto will go crazy and the government will destroy the dollar even more than they already have, just like we always dreamed about. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 79786622 Iceland 06/15/2021 03:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I am starting to see 9200-9300 as a very interesting support level. Some anonymous mentioned that as the drop location and honestly it has credence. I think that i'll have a better idea about where it drops the day it's dropping. It should make a bear flag in there half way through to give a target drop location. |

It just went the most parabolic of all the shit coins, so it makes sense that when it crashes it will crash the most parabolic, and recover the most parabolic. It's pretty much a more violent version of bitcoin, in both positive and negative directions. |
