This is because the people who have been 'vaccinated' do not produce anti-bodies against Covid and can still catch the disease. More so, using a leaky vaccine is a risk to the unvaccinated as those vaccinated can still catch Covid and still spread it. Worse, they become breeding grounds for mutated variants that can be more infectious and deadly producing a 'hot-virus'.

Why these 'vaccinated' people can now catch the variant is because they never had protection or anti-bodies in the first place and the mutant is their prodigy from a leaky vaccine.

This means this experimental 'vaccine' is going to create more harm than good. Not only that, there is some research that suggests that viruses recombine favoring the spike-protein as it has a somewhat modular nature. Having people producing a spike protein in a cell with another genetically similar virus could make more infectious versions of other virus species.
