Weather satellites, communication satellites, GPS etc. The total amount spent on all of this is a tiny fraction of the federal budget, less than 1%. It doesn't even come close to the amount spent on the military. Apples and oranges dude. Eliminating it all together would have no appreciable effect on improving anything with your vague ideas and it would only cripple things you already take for granted.
