Evidence of multiple body-cams, dash cams, and home video from exterior camera's, they have all of it, however the freedom of information act, and the constitution requires the law to provide this evidence for the legal team.

If the video's would have been provided, we wouldn't even be hearing this hyper-bole, but tbh if I was an attorney in their position, I'd most likely do something similar for attention, and putting pressure for due-process of the legal system.

I do agree with your point of the County hiding video. Seems shady. I also can see the attorney's POV.

I just think too early to jump to conclusions...

If they sue then the damages should be paid to the family if found guilty.

If there are riots that damage the city then that amount of damage should be subtracted from the suit reward amount.

People who sue hospitals for damages after a family members death dont get to also damage the hospital for that too.
