As time passes (i.e. years), and you continue meditating, the definition of what is your "self" will change, she therefore your mediation practice will change also. This is where the ultimate peace will be found. Find "self". What is you? Keep asking, never stop. When every answer is wrong and no answer is the right answer, Then bliss comes. |

Is it necessary to ignore everything that is maya? We are here with purpose, that is to find peace while in maya. That is the immensely difficult challenge we willingly signed up for before coming in. Why not enjoy the beautiful sunset, the early crisp morning air, the exhilarating drive in an open top car on a sunny day. What's not to like about those experiences? There have always been people who are more in touch with God/Higher Self/Creative Source/Prime Creator, and are living a calm, peaceful, and grateful life even amidst these chaotic times. Don't over-think spirituality. Just always do our best to make daily choices that align with unconditional love and let things unfold naturally without any expectations or rewards. When the time is right, we will be blessed with greater awareness, shifting to higher consciousness, and being connected 24/7 without meditation. Becoming more aware, we will begin to see the wonderment and grandness of this small part of the vast whole reality. So calming and peaceful it is when we start to do away with the stressful constraints of schedules, appointments, to do lists, and time because we are then benevolently guided through heighten intuition and synchronicity. That wonderful feeling of comfort and safety being benevolently guided by God/Higher Self/Creative Source/Prime Creator is what gives us calm, peace, and immense gratitude in our heart. |

If you do what i posted, literally, for years, then those experiences of Maya will pale in comparison to what you will find within. Also, i did not say to ignore what is maya. That is impossible, you'll find. I said, in meditation, focus on what is your "self". You'll have to define what that is. That definition will change over time. That is the process that brings pure bliss. |
