Anyone can be thin. Eat less and work out. What the real privilege is, is tall privilege. There is no diet for that.

You are obviously thin and short and so it is impossible for you to understand, which by the way is a great example of your thin Privilege.

6'2" and 163lbs here. I have to stay this thin or I am worthless due to a car crash injury that was no fault of my own... An elderly woman fell asleep behind the wheel and rear ended me 20+yrs ago. Zero disability benefits.

I would very much prefer to weigh in at 175-180lbs but I loose range of motion(ability to work) at any weight above 165lbs. I have to eat a very careful diet high in fatty cuts of grass fed beef. Zero corn/wheat/soy ever as they cause inflammation that limit range of motion(ability to work). Any preserved meats eff me up bad. I was prescribed oxycontin for 12yrs from that car crash. I never abused them and I have been off them for 8yrs but my guts are still fucked.

Fatties hate me for trying this hard to be a productive Human. And yes I too have difficulty finding clothes that fit. Large tops = Too big and Medium = too short.

Do I earn sympathy points too? Or do fatties still hate me?

No more refined sugar and go low carb (<50g per day). You WILL lose the weight. It is extremely difficult to maintain an obese weight let alone gain weight especially on a zero carb diet.
