People that actually SERVED in the military call it the 1000 yard stare... but in his case its dementia.

I swear to god they need to amend the Constitution to only only set min at age 35 to be president.. but also only allow a COMMANDER IN CHIEF in the military have served in the military foremost. Its the logic decision to prevent these shit talk corrupt politician draft dodgers that only points fingers when their candidate isn't in office.
