This makes no sense. Most of the COVID vaccines do not have any inactivated virus.

As a result, is no way that someone who has been vaccinated can shed the virus unless they are already infected, in which case they would be capable of shedding and spreading the virus whether vaccinated or not.

And if the vaccine contains inactivated virus it's not capable of infecting others because the viral particles used to make the vaccine are dead.

Moreover, if this was a real phenomenon, scientists would be investigating it now and publishing papers showing the mechanism by which the alleged spread happened. We'd also be seeing tons of independently verifiable news reports showing the danger really exists.
